for you but it’s free and available 24 hours of the day and everyday of the year.
AutoMate Roadside Assistance Service is available to all of our
Private Motor Clients and is offered in two levels depending on the type of policy that you purchased
from us.
- AutoMate Service for Private Third Party clients includes the following:
- Accident response and management
- Measurements
- Information gathering
- Arrangement of medical transport if necessary or transport to a medical facility
- Transportation from the breakdown or accident scene to original destination
- Flat Tyre assistance
- Emergency fuel delivery
- AutoMate Service for Private Comprehensive clients includes all of the elements under the Third Party Service
in addition to
- Assistance with completing the claim form
- Towing
- Mechanical assistance
