After Hours Call Centre : The CGI after hours call center is part of our continued effort to make
conducting business easy for you.

After Hours Call Centre
CGI now makes it possible, through our After Hours Call Centre, for you to
conduct business long after the office has closed. Mondays through Thursdays,
from 5:30 – 8:30pm the call center is in effect. Representatives from our
office are available to answer your queries and assist you in any way
possible.
Tax & License Renewal
No need to stand in long lines to renew your road tax or driver's license. Bring your documents to
CGI and have your Tax & License Renewal done for you.
For road tax renewal, you must provide the tax renewal notice and payment. CGI will provide the
relevant cover note or certificate.
For license renewal you must provide the driver's license along with the relevant payment. Renewed
documents are available within 72 hrs.
Payment Plan
Now CGI makes it easier to pay your premium with our Extended Payment Plan.
Consolidate Finance Co. Ltd facilitates the 10 months installment plan, which allows you
to pay ¼ of your premium up front to get started, and the remainder via
direct debit at a 10% finance charge.
Minimal paperwork is completed and forwarded to Consolidated Finance to obtain eligibility.
