Since our beginning, the CGI name has been synonymous with outstanding service. Both via direct relations and via broking houses, 110% service has been our goal.

In 2001, CGI became the first insurer to provide customers with an extended service center. The CGI Customer Care Centre opened on September 17, 2001 and continues to promote our slogan “Different and Fast” after the front doors have long been closed. Each week drivers switch to CGI- They come for the savings, but they stay for the service.  

We are one of the largest direct marketers in the insurance industry in Barbados.
