What if I do not have an e-mail address?
If you do not currently have an e-mail address we would suggest that you sign up with a free e-mail provider such as www.hotmail.com.
We will use your e-mail address to send confirmations to you when you register, or when you make changes to your policy.

What if I do not have my policy number?
Several documents have your policy number stated on them:

• Certificate of Insurance
• Renewal Notices
• Statements
• Policy Schedule

We would recommend that you make a note and keep it handy, we will use your active policy number to verify access to your online account.

Why do I keep returning to the sign-in page when I try to sign in?
Please check that your policy number is not past the expiration date.
